Refund policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of your goods to submit a returns request.

To be eligible for a return, your goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at: lvdan@chintiyan.com.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to dispatch the return parcel. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

If you have any queries regarding returns, please feel free to contact us at any time: lvdan@chintiyan.com.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Customised items (such as those with specifications tailored to the buyer’s requirements or special services such as custom logos). If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.

If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at: lvdan@chintiyan.com.
